How do I access a portfolio?

PM Portfolio is invitation-only. The portfolio owner will share a password with you. Open the app, enter the password on the welcome screen, and you’ll have full access to their portfolio content.

What is PM AI and how does it work?

PM AI is a conversational feature that lets you ask questions about the portfolio owner’s professional experience. It uses AI to provide detailed, contextual answers based on the portfolio content — including work history, case studies, and skills. Your messages are processed in real time and are never stored.

My password isn’t working. What should I do?

Passwords are case-sensitive, so make sure you’re entering it exactly as it was shared with you. If it still doesn’t work, the portfolio owner may have deactivated the password. Contact the person who shared it with you, or reach out to us at hello@productbuilderacademy.com.

Is my data private and secure?

Yes. PM Portfolio is built with a privacy-first architecture. We do not collect personal information from viewers — no names, emails, IP addresses, or location data. AI chat messages are processed in real time and immediately discarded. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

I’ve hit the AI usage limit. What now?

To ensure fair access for all viewers, PM AI has per-session usage limits. If you’ve reached the limit, you can return later for a new session. The portfolio owner manages these limits and may adjust them over time.

Which platforms is PM Portfolio available on?

PM Portfolio is available on iOS and Android. You can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
